What You’ll Need
To use direct billing, please bring:
  • Your insurance card and plan details
  • A doctor’s referral (if required by your plan)
  • The policyholder’s information, if you are a dependent
We will handle the submission process and let you know if any co-payment or remaining balance is due.

Sometimes direct billing isn't available

In certain cases, direct billing may not go through. If that happens, you'll simply pay for your treatment at the end of your session, and we'll provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Direct billing might not be available when:

  • Your insurance company isn't part of our direct billing network.
  • The insurance company's online portal is temporarily unavailable.
  • The claim shows a "pending" status and can't be processed right away.
  • The insurance company sends payment directly to you instead of the clinic.
  • Your insurance plan requires manual claim submissions.

If you're unsure whether your plan qualifies for direct billing, just let us know — we're always happy to check for you.
